cart payment with you, so Verizon is entitled to charge whatever I legally owe you.<\/p>\n<p>You charged me on my credit card for the amount of $486.80 on 09\/09\/2011 which includes a) <span 9\/1\/2011, thus a) $230.96 is grossly inflated, and in addition,<\/p>\n<p>2)\u00a0\u00a0 I put all the services on vacation hold for the period of 7\/25-8\/21, thus b) $209.97 is equally overrated.<\/p>\n<p>I requested American Express, my credit card company, for an investigation on this matter, and they acted upon it swiftly.\u00a0 Unfortunately, I received a letter dated on 10\/09\/2011 from American Express informing me that even though they contacted Verizon regarding this bill, Verizon ha\uff44 not given them the information they needed to resolve the matter as of that date.\u00a0 They also indicated on the letter that they may accept the response from Verizon at later date and I might have to be rebilled in that situation.<\/p>\n<p>I strongly urge you to respond back to American Express as soon as possible so that the correct billing is processed.\u00a0 You may also send me the corrected statements.\u00a0 I await your action either
