the Foreign\nAccount Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) section of our account application only applies to foreign entities\n(non-individual persons) opening an account at Schwab. These entities\nwould include Foreign corporations, partnerships, trusts, and estates. FATCA\nrequires those foreign entities to report all U.S. account holders.\nConsequently, if you are\nNOT a foreign entity opening the account at Schwab (i.e. you are an\nindividual U.S. person), you\nwould indicate that you are exempt from FATCA reporting on the account\napplication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u3068\u3044\u3046\u304a\u8fd4\u4e8b\u3067\u3001\u7533\u8fbc\u8005\u304c\u500b\u4eba\u306a\u3089\u3070\uff08Form
